Housekeeping was generally good, but I missed a kettle in the room. Staff were warm and friendly. they made my stay much better. Overall, the hotel location is convenient for getting around. A few improvements could truly enhance the experience for future guests.

Just wrapped up a work trip with a big group and the staff totally nailed our last dinner! Cicero and his team set everything up beautifully, and the food was delish! Breakfast was a spread with something for everyone, but the bar was kinda blah with harsh lighting. Also, music across the street was a bit loud at night.

The Bugan Recife Boa Viagem Hotel, By Atlantica featured beautifully designed common areas that were easily accessible. The spacious, clean room was very comfortable, with soft linens and adjustable air-conditioning, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.

More seating options in dining areas would be helpful.
